viph23 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawals: viph23 is committed to processing GCash withdrawal requests within 1–2 hours of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been completed. viph23 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal to Original Payment Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. viph23 reserves the right to require this as an anti-money laundering measure.
viph23 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. viph23 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, viph23's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall viph23's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your viph23 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
viph23 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
